Guy Macdonald to Join the Board of Directors of Spring Bank Pharmaceuticals

(Milford, Ma.) Spring Bank Pharmaceuticals announced today that Guy Macdonald, CEO and President of Tetraphase Pharmaceuticals will join Spring Bank’s Board of Directors.

"We are very fortunate to have someone who will bring energy, insight, and a wealth of pharmaceutical industry experience to our Board as we continue to develop our drug discovery platform . Guy is a 25-year veteran of the global pharmaceutical and biotechnology sector which included twenty-two years at Merck & Co., where he served as a senior leader in the areas of virology and anti-infectives and was
involved in several landmark launches at a global level.“
